Process Engineering Technician

Responsibilities

• Provide online production support for automated industrial equipment
• Conduct analysis, design, and implementation of machine improvements to prevent production downtime
• Perform equipment programming and debugging for Asymtek and Mycronic systems
• Analyze, detect, identify, and correct technical problems and deficiencies
• Profile reflow and curing ovens
• Manage router programming

Requirements

• Technical high school diploma in Electronics, Mechatronics, or recent graduate in a related engineering field
• Basic knowledge of SMT, PTH, conformal application, and underfilling
• Experience troubleshooting and programming reflow ovens, curing ovens, conformal applicators, Asymtek, Mycronic, and SAM washers
• Ability to create Getech router cutting programs
• Basic to intermediate Excel skills
• Availability to work flexible shifts, Monday through Sunday, with one day off during the week
