Process Engineering Senior Professional

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure product quality.
• Maintain and improve engineering documentation, including product engineering standards and manufacturing BOMs.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using lean principles to boost quality and shorten cycle times.
• Manage CAPEX budgets and capital projects, including planning, prioritizing, and execution.
• Partner with Operations to provide technical expertise for plant layouts, equipment upgrades, and feasibility studies.
• Analyze workforce utilization, space needs, and workflow to create safe and efficient working environments.
• Support new product introductions and stabilize existing manufacturing processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, ideally within plastics, extrusion, or similar industrial environments.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD 2D.
• Hands-on experience managing CAPEX budgets and capital projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of automation, digitalization, and equipment specification.
• Familiarity with ISO processes, auditing procedures, and data management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve process challenges.
