Process Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead a Fab engineering team responsible for the development and characterization of new power products and technologies.
• Manage NPTI team activities including tool development, process development, and metrology setup.
• Partner with R&D and Integration teams to perform process windowing using DOE and evaluate new tool/metro platforms.
• Facilitate the handoff between development and production to ensure readiness for High Volume Manufacturing (HVM).
• Participate in NPI/NTI gate reviews to highlight manufacturability concerns and summarize performance against design specs.
• Build robust processes for manufacturing success, including SPC, MSA, specifications, and training.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Chemical, Materials Science, or equivalent) or Sciences.
• 5+ years of prior leadership experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Fab Process/Development Engineering with a focus on new process characterization or technology transfer.
• Strong technical background in DFMY, DOE, SPC, JMP, pFMEA, MSA, and failure analysis.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven ability to identify and resolve complex technical problems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree (with thesis) or PhD.
• Professional background in power semiconductors.
