Process Engineering Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead process-engineering capabilities focused on cost, quality, and delivery improvements
• Define, implement, and evaluate proposed designs and processes for manufacturability
• Identify root causes of manufacturing process failures and implement effective problem-solving
• Prepare justifications for, purchase, and implement capital equipment for production
• Establish robust, repeatable, and reproducible process parameters and control methodologies
• Manage the introduction of engineering change orders (ECOs)
• Participate in cycle time and process improvement activities to increase throughput
• Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation
• Assist in the development and delivery of training for production personnel during technology transfers
• Guide cost improvement and reduction programs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience and training
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
• Knowledge of Electronic Assembly, including color codes, components, and schematics
• Experience with PCB operations
• Proficiency with testing tools such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and cable/harness testing
• Experience with inspection tools including microscopes and various measuring tools
• Familiarity with mechanical and electrical tools such as taps, dies, and alignment tools
