Process Engineering Intern

Responsibilities

• Support the development and modification of manufacturing documentation based on product drawings and technical specifications to improve quality and productivity
• Assist in identifying significant process parameters, tooling, machines, devices, measuring instruments, and process inputs
• Support the standardization and simplification of process documentation to meet factory needs and quality requirements
• Analyze main failures and scrap in clutch components to assist in reviewing PFMEAs and classifying failure severity
• Support the promotion of process correction actions through interface with product engineering, customer quality, factory quality, and production teams

Requirements

• Currently studying Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields
• Expected graduation date from July 2028 onwards
• Availability to work the 07:30 to 14:30 shift (Monday to Friday)
• Ability to work onsite in São Bernardo do Campo, Brazil
• Intermediate English skills
