Process Engineering Intern

Responsibilities

• Support the production of surfactants for agrochemical, home and personal care, oil and gas, industrial, and mining markets
• Assist in the daily management of production processes and equipment
• Manage and implement process and equipment improvement projects
• Develop and update equipment and utility manuals and production procedures
• Participate in Lean Six Sigma and 5S projects
• Prepare and deliver training sessions for the operational team (approximately 30 operators)
• Actively engage in the factory floor environment to translate daily observations into technical documentation

Requirements

• Currently studying Chemical Engineering (preference for students graduating by the end of 2027)
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel
• Intermediate to advanced English skills
• Proactive, communicative, and objective personality
• Ability to interact effectively with all organizational levels, from operators to directors
• Willingness to work onsite in Itatiba, SP, in a factory environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or knowledge in AutoCAD
• Familiarity with SAP
• Experience with MS Project
