Process Engineer - Water Treatment

Responsibilities

• Perform technical and feasibility studies for industrial water treatment projects
• Size water treatment works and processes including filtration, settling, biological treatments, and membranes
• Develop process diagrams (PFD, PID)
• Conduct mass balances and hydraulic modeling
• Participate in design studies (AVP, PRO) and draft technical documents (CCTP, specifications)
• Support tender processes and analyze technical proposals
• Follow project phases including execution studies (VISA), construction supervision (DET), and commissioning (AOR)
• Propose innovative and optimized technical solutions
• Ensure compliance with environmental and sanitary standards

Requirements

• Master's degree or Engineering degree in water engineering, environment, process engineering, or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in water treatment or industrial processes
• Strong skills in process engineering applied to drinking and wastewater
• Proficiency in hydraulic sizing and modeling
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, simulation software, and advanced Excel
• Knowledge of environmental regulations (REUT, DCE, sanitary regulations)
• Rigorous, methodical, and analytical mindset
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
