Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the industrialization of new processes and manage production equipment introduction
• Improve production efficiency regarding machine performance and direct labor
• Participate in the design of new equipment and assembly lines
• Define acceptance criteria, perform trials, and deliver validation reports for new equipment
• Monitor QCDM (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Maturity) and propose continuous improvements
• Work on cycle time reduction to optimize investments, material, and labor costs
• Support production technicians through training, analysis, and problem-solving
• Ensure compliance with safety, environment, and 5S standards

Requirements

• Engineering Degree or Master's in Electronics, Telecommunication, Industrial, or Aeronautical Engineering
• More than 3 years of experience in process engineering
• Strong knowledge and passion for the automotive industry
• Mandatory English negotiation level
