Process Engineer TPO

Responsibilities

• Support the commissioning and stable operation of the TPO production system
• Plan and integrate new production processes in collaboration with the manufacturing organization
• Analyze and optimize existing processes to improve quality, efficiency, and cost performance
• Implement and monitor Lean Management, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies
• Create and maintain process documentation, technical procedures, and work instructions
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments including Production, Quality, and Engineering
• Monitor process performance to identify opportunities for operational excellence and standardization
• Provide technical support and process expertise during daily production activities

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering (Process, Mechanical, Production Technology, or related field)
• Proficiency in both German and English (written and spoken)
• Strong analytical thinking and a structured, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
• Good understanding of Lean Management and Six Sigma methodologies
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Initial professional experience in process management or production engineering is an advantage
