Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage the operation of production lines to meet standard KPIs
• Monitor process key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze results
• Take prompt action to resolve process issues regarding safety, product quality, and machine efficiency
• Coordinate various working processes across the entire production line
• Implement WCM activities and lead continuous improvement teams

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience
• Solid foundation in WCM (World Class Manufacturing) or TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in WCM, Maintenance, or Quality roles
