Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop, own, and continuously improve manufacturing processes in Suzhou, with a primary focus on process design and brazing process optimization.
• Act as the manufacturing representative in New Product Development/Transfer (NPD/NPT) projects to ensure processes meet project targets and operational KPIs.
• Support manufacturing and maintenance teams with production methods and technical problem-solving to exceed management targets.
• Participate as an active member of global technology groups to ensure adherence to established global standards.
• Identify and eliminate waste, optimize workflows, and improve overall operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Materials Forming, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• 1-4 years of process engineering experience within a manufacturing environment.
• English proficiency level 4 or above, with fluency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
• Proficiency in at least one 2D/3D design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) for basic drawing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
• Ability to work in a production site environment with a meticulous and responsible approach.
