- Analyze process and auxiliary material operating conditions to improve quality
- Identify and implement solutions to reduce defects and improve manufacturing yields
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Physics
- Knowledge of wafer characteristics, semiconductor properties, and processing techniques
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools such as Spotfire, JMP, R, Python, or Excel
- Practical knowledge of wafer processing and polishing technologies
- Experience in process improvement and defect analysis using data-driven methods
- Previous experience in process technology roles related to Wafers, Semiconductors, or LCDs
