Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain technological processes, instructions, and standards
• Prepare drawings, diagrams, process flow charts, and labor organization calculations
• Maintain and update technical documentation while proposing modernization improvements
• Conduct technical training for employees regarding manufacturing technologies and procedures
• Create innovative solutions based on product specifications, cost, and quality requirements
• Perform comprehensive research on lighting solutions from electrical and mechanical perspectives
• Manage e-BOM (Engineering Bill of Materials) and configure MRP system parameters
• Provide regular technical reporting

Requirements

• Higher engineering education in mechanics, electrical engineering, or electronics
• 2–5 years of experience as a Process Engineer in a manufacturing environment
• Practical knowledge of Lean systems
• English language proficiency at a B1 level or higher
