Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop Heat and Material Balances using simulation software
• Develop Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) to show unit operations for feedstock conversion
• Define and size equipment and instrumentation, including issuing relevant Process Data sheets
• Elaborate Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs)
• Perform hydraulic and thermal calculations on piping systems for steady state and transient operation
• Define utility requirements and design associated systems

Requirements

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering
• 1-2 years of experience in process engineering
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with process simulation software, preferably Aspen HYSYS
• Fluency in both English and Arabic
