Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for assigned production areas, lines, or cells within the gas valve manufacturing facility
• Create and maintain production process documentation, including Process Maps, FMEA, and Work Instructions
• Manage production process changes, including approval, introduction, and follow-up
• Maintain production line control systems and provide data analysis via MES and other databases
• Maintain SAP production process elements such as BOM, Routing, and Production Versions
• Perform root cause analysis for non-conformities and machine breakdowns to implement corrective actions
• Support productivity projects, cost reduction initiatives, and yield improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments including R&D, Quality, Maintenance, and Sourcing

Requirements

• Solid understanding of mechanical engineering processes
• Proven experience in a Process, Manufacturing, or Production Engineering role
• Demonstrated experience driving process improvements within a manufacturing environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of assembly processes
• Experience working with quality management systems
• Familiarity with SAP
• Strong commitment to Health & Safety standards
