Process Engineer, Production Operations

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement efficient mass-production processes, including equipment layout and production sequencing
• Provide daily on-the-floor support by troubleshooting equipment, workflow, and material issues
• Conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions to ensure manufacturing stability
• Perform statistical analysis on yield, scrap, throughput, and equipment performance to drive data-driven decisions
• Ensure full compliance with GxP regulations, SOPs, and quality control standards
• Support technology transfers, process validations, and equipment qualifications in compliance with ISO, GMP, and FDA requirements
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as kaizen events and 5S to optimize productivity

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience
• Fluency in reading, writing, and communicating in English
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and data-driven problem solving
• Experience working within GxP compliance frameworks

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing process engineering within a regulated environment (FDA, ISO, GMP)
• Hands-on experience with DOE, SPC, Minitab, or similar statistical tools
• Familiarity with automation, robotics, or high-volume production equipment
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
