Process Engineer PM

Responsibilities

• Lead business review mechanisms and operational planning, including MBRs, QBRs, and long-term planning documents (OP1, OP2, 3YF).
• Implement and manage project tracking systems using tools like Asana, Smartsheet, and Excel to provide visibility into milestones, cost savings, and CAPEX.
• Drive project accountability by following up with owners, identifying risks or blockers, and ensuring commitments are met.
• Provide regular leadership updates and executive summaries, translating complex data into actionable insights.
• Partner with Process Engineering teams to coordinate cross-functional initiatives and manage dependencies across geographies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a project manager, program manager, or in a related field.
• Proven experience managing projects and analyzing data to drive business decisions.
• Proficiency in process improvement methodologies and data-driven problem solving.
• Business-level English skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering, management, or technology.
• Experience working within a distribution center, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Fluency in spoken, written, and read Japanese.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and work effectively across diverse teams.
