Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise throughout the manufacturing process to optimize production efficiency and quality
• Develop high-quality, cost-effective manufacturing solutions that satisfy customer requirements
• Offer guidance on manufacturing best practices and equipment usage
• Support new product introduction (NPI) processes and ensure manufacturability
• Create, analyze, and verify comprehensive project documentation in accordance with quality and change management procedures
• Train various teams on manufacturing processes and product specifications

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science (Bachelor's in Engineering or higher preferred)
• Strong analytical and statistical analysis skills
• Proficiency with Statistical Process Control (SPC) software
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Intermediate computer skills and verbal/written communication skills
• Ability to work proactively in a cross-discipline team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• One or more years of related manufacturing or process engineering experience
• Experience with lab tools, testing, and measurement equipment
• Understanding of Structured Design principles
