Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously improve manufacturing processes and recipes to meet safety and quality standards.
• Analyze and solve complex technical problems to enhance product quality, throughput, and scrap reduction.
• Proactively identify and implement improvements regarding structural technical problems, material quality, and production bottlenecks.
• Define required production tool quantities, initiate upgrades, and support maintenance actions.
• Coordinate quality-related escalations to customers and support manufacturing in securing production progress.

Requirements

• BSc. or MSc. in Automotive, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical engineering, or a relevant technical field.
• Minimum B2 level proficiency in Dutch.
• Minimum B level proficiency in English.
• Strong analytical, pragmatic, and proactive mindset with a hands-on mentality.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate across different organizational levels.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with complex production processes in a high-tech environment.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and process optimization.
• Knowledge of statistical machine control and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis).
• Familiarity with Quality Management Systems.
