Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• Define and optimize procedures to ensure smooth processing of production lots
• Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and operator training
• Lead root cause analysis for defects and yield losses
• Provide disposition on lots with quality issues
• Support new product introduction (NPI) and process qualification
• Analyze production data to identify process improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on cost reduction and process improvement projects
• Perform change management, including new material qualification

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in electronic engineering or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in back grind or pre-assembly processes
• Proven track record in optimizing manufacturing processes using Lean Six Sigma
• Proficiency in 10K cleanroom operations and backend power semiconductor processes
• Strong skills in SPC tools, Cpk analysis, and DoE techniques
• In-depth understanding of semiconductor failure analysis
• Experience in preventive maintenance and processing documentation
• Effective communication, organizational, and project management skills
