Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver activities for Plant Stabilisation & Loss Analysis
• Support Autonomous & Preventative Maintenance programs
• Enable Process Design & Deployment for innovation, growth, and productivity projects
• Identify and eliminate losses using Lean Six Sigma principles
• Collect and share process data with Capital Projects, RDQ, marketing, and manufacturing functions
• Conduct process development activities including design, specifications, scale-up, and commissioning
• Perform technical risk assessments and maintain consumer-centric process specifications
• Collaborate with operations teams to achieve production goals and manage stakeholders

Requirements

• Relevant engineering experience, ideally within a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) environment
• Proven ability to identify problems proactively and implement effective solutions
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret technical information and reach clear conclusions
• Excellent technical communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within cross-functional teams
• Strong prioritization and activity management skills
• Technical curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning and technical rigor
