About the role
Responsibilities
- Optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, yield, and product quality
- Manage new equipment setup, including the investigation and setting of manufacturing conditions such as gas and chemical flow rates
- Drive mass production improvements by reviewing and optimizing process conditions
- Perform root cause analysis for quality issues and collaborate with equipment engineers to implement corrective actions
- Work across various processes including Lithography, Etch, CMP, CVD/PVD, and Metrology
Requirements
- University degree in a science or engineering field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Japanese language proficiency at N2 level or business level
- Ability to work with data and numbers to drive technical decisions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the semiconductor industry
- Experience in mass production or manufacturing processes
