Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• Optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, yield, and product quality
• Manage new equipment setup, including the investigation and setting of manufacturing conditions such as gas and chemical flow rates
• Drive mass production improvements by reviewing and optimizing process conditions
• Perform root cause analysis for quality issues and collaborate with equipment engineers to implement corrective actions
• Work across various processes including Lithography, Etch, CMP, CVD/PVD, and Metrology

Requirements

• University degree in a science or engineering field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Japanese language proficiency at N2 level or business level
• Ability to work with data and numbers to drive technical decisions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the semiconductor industry
• Experience in mass production or manufacturing processes
