Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• Deliver process excellence by ensuring the safe and reliable production of quality specialty chemical products.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to reduce variability and improve production systems.
• Monitor product performance, process capability, and batch tracking to implement corrective and preventative actions.
• Recommend procedural changes, equipment modifications, or product recipe adjustments.
• Serve as a technical liaison between manufacturing and R&D during the development and scale-up of new products.
• Support capital projects and maintain management systems including PSM, RCA, JSA, Halal, RSPO, and cGMP.
• Provide process troubleshooting, technical direction, and training for process operators.
• Ensure adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HS&E) procedures and maintain documentation in SAP.

Requirements

• BS in Chemical Engineering degree.
• 4+ years of Process Engineering experience.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in new product development, technology transfer, or general operations.
• Expertise in statistical process control and statistical techniques.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with DeltaV.
• Familiarity with OSHA Process Safety Management (PSM).
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and cosmetic ingredient GMP.
• Experience with SAP S4HANA.
