Our ion exchange technology is rooted in scientific precision and commercial know-how, making lithium supply a non-issue for global electrification.

Responsibilities

• Design, fabricate, commission, and operate lithium extraction modules and associated components
• Develop new designs to improve technology efficiency
• Develop key design documents such as material balances, PFDs, and P&IDs
• Manage automation, process control, and continual improvement of lithium extraction skids
• Evaluate equipment and processes for safety and environmental compliance
• Travel up to 25% to commission and operate plants domestically and internationally

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field
• Familiarity with laboratory equipment and safety procedures
• Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
• Ability to pass a respirator fit test
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and move up to 50 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on laboratory experience
• Experience with process equipment in industrial settings (brine or water treatment)
• Experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs)
