About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support, project development, and execution for the design, installation, and validation of manufacturing equipment and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address equipment, process, and qualification/validation needs.
- Assist in planning and executing equipment and validation projects related to life cycle management and risk mitigation.
- Support the development and implementation of plans to maintain high levels of Operational Equipment Efficiency (OEE).
- Participate in the installation, qualification, validation, and startup of equipment for assigned projects.
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for equipment/process issues using root cause analysis tools like DMAIC.
- Support the development and review of change controls, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and technical documentation.
- Contribute to project management efforts by tracking timelines, risks, issues, and changes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in engineering roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Knowledge of Commissioning, Qualification, and Computer System Validation (CSV).
- Experience with the installation and troubleshooting of liquid and/or solid oral dose production and packaging equipment.
- Leadership skills to influence peer engineers and collaborate across departments.
