Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities for improvement in existing manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality
- Continuously monitor production processes to ensure they are operating according to established standards
- Assist in identifying and resolving technical problems that may arise during production
- Collaborate in optimizing resources such as materials, work time, and production equipment
- Prepare reports and technical documentation to support implemented improvements or resolved issues
Requirements
- Degree in Mechatronic, Industrial Engineering or related field
- At least 1 year of experience as an Engineer
- Advanced English level (80%)
- Proficiency in Office Windows (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, MS Teams)
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of PLC and VB programming
- Experience with manufacturing methodologies Kaizen and 5S
