Process Engineer I/II

Responsibilities

• Monitor process performance and identify opportunities for improving yield, energy efficiency, and reliability
• Assist in planning test runs and develop projects to address operational opportunities
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and maintenance teams to resolve challenges
• Participate in hazard evaluations, incident investigations, and Process Hazard Analysis (PHA)
• Support turnaround and outage execution, including scope development and post-event evaluations
• Maintain and update process documentation and troubleshoot unit mass balance
• Participate in technology advisory groups

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering
• Valid driver's license
• Legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time indefinite basis without sponsorship
• Ability to wear appropriate PPE in a refinery environment and physically perform field tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in process engineering within refining, petrochemical, or related industries
• Proficiency in Excel and Process Simulation Software
