Process Engineer II

Responsibilities

• Interface with clients and external partners to support project goals
• Develop construction drawing packages and write specifications for projects of limited complexity
• Support construction activities including RFI responses, submittal reviews, and punch list development
• Provide mentorship and guidance to entry-level designers to translate engineering designs into Revit models
• Execute intermediate-level tasks such as material balances, heat transfer calculations, and process simulations
• Conduct field surveys of existing conditions and assist with field reporting
• Coordinate with cross-discipline project teams, vendors, and manufacturers

Requirements

• ABET-accredited Bachelor’s degree in a discipline-specific engineering field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an operating company or design firm setting
• High degree of proficiency in performing engineering calculations using existing templates
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience conducting and leading field surveys of existing conditions
• Basic understanding of industry and regulatory guidance and statutory building codes

Preferred Qualifications

• Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) Exam registration or completion
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
• Ability to develop novel engineering calculations from first principles
