Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• Optimize complex production processes to ensure high quality, energy efficiency, and low emissions
• Monitor process parameters and technical KPIs to ensure smooth plant operations
• Define process specifications and standard operating procedures
• Conduct technical audits and lead optimization projects focused on CO2 reduction and circular economy
• Collaborate closely with technical departments and work both in the control room and on the production floor

Requirements

• Completed technical degree (TU, Montanuniversität, or similar)
• Focus on process engineering, technical chemistry, or raw material engineering
• Experience in the raw materials industry is a plus
• Fluent German and proficient English skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP
