Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• Drive performance improvement at the Milaki Plant by analyzing existing processes and products
• Optimize plant production, energy consumption, and equipment to achieve maximum output and lowest production costs
• Monitor and analyze key process parameters and trends to support business decision-making
• Design and implement specific process inspections, measurements, and technical audits
• Identify cost levers and implement corrective actions in liaison with production and maintenance teams
• Conduct benchmarking studies to identify and communicate successful practices
• Ensure strict compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and regulations

Requirements

• University Degree in Chemical Engineering
• 2-4 years of professional experience within the industrial sector
• Excellent command of the English language
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Proven decision-making capacity and a results-oriented mindset
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Master of Science (MSc) in Engineering
