About the role
Responsibilities
- Elaborate and update technical documentation and process procedures
- Participate in inspection routines and monitor the status of machines and facilities
- Collaborate in verifying and adjusting equipment operating parameters
- Support startup and shutdown procedures for machinery
- Assist in identifying, analyzing, and documenting breakdowns for preventive and corrective maintenance
- Participate actively in continuous improvement and production process optimization projects
- Perform basic analysis of production processes including cycle times and bottlenecks
- Support the implementation of Lean Manufacturing tools such as 5S, standardization, visual management, SMED, and TPM
- Collaborate in the development and monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Requirements
- University degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Industrial Organization, Electromechanical Engineering or similar
- Approximately 5 years of experience in Process Engineering, Continuous Improvement, or Industrial Production
- Proactive and analytical profile with strong observation skills
- Solid knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodologies and continuous improvement tools
- Analytical capacity for problem-solving and data-driven decision making
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis tools and industrial management systems
