Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• Define, implement, and evaluate proposed designs and processes for manufacturability.
• Identify root causes of failures in the manufacturing process and implement effective problem-solving.
• Establish robust, repeatable, and reproducible process parameters and control methodologies.
• Manage the introduction of engineering change orders (ECOs) and oversee new process equipment production.
• Participate in cycle time and process improvement activities to enhance throughput and productivity.
• Prepare justifications for, purchase, and implement capital equipment for production.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation.
• Interface with production teams during new process implementation and technology transfers.
• Guide cost improvement and reduction programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field or equivalent experience and training.
• 2 years of experience in New Product Introduction (NPI).
• 2 years of experience in Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA).
