Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and stabilization of warehouse and fulfillment processes in a high-demand environment
• Develop and deploy standardized processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and throughput
• Act as a process owner for end-to-end warehouse operations, including fulfillment, cross-docking, and value-added services
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) on operational issues and drive corrective and preventive actions
• Apply Lean methodologies such as Kaizen, waste reduction, and standard work to improve performance
• Monitor and improve key KPIs including productivity, quality, cycle time, and on-time delivery
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, quality, program management, and IT teams
• Create and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Production, Mechanical, or related field)
• Proven experience in warehouse, distribution center, or fulfillment operations
• Hands-on experience with Lean tools and continuous improvement methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data-driven decision making
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• Strong communication skills and the ability to train and influence operational teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in high-growth or high-volume environments
• Experience with WMS or ERP systems
• Experience with server operations, electronics, or technical fulfillment environments
• Knowledge of automation, material handling systems, or layout optimization
