About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and stabilization of warehouse and fulfillment processes in a high-demand environment
- Develop and deploy standardized processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and throughput
- Act as a process owner for end-to-end warehouse operations, including fulfillment, cross-docking, and value-added services
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) on operational issues and drive corrective and preventive actions
- Apply Lean methodologies such as Kaizen, waste reduction, and standard work to improve performance
- Monitor and improve key KPIs including productivity, quality, cycle time, and on-time delivery
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, quality, program management, and IT teams
- Create and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Production, Mechanical, or related field)
- Proven experience in warehouse, distribution center, or fulfillment operations
- Hands-on experience with Lean tools and continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Strong communication skills and the ability to train and influence operational teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in high-growth or high-volume environments
- Experience with WMS or ERP systems
- Experience with server operations, electronics, or technical fulfillment environments
- Knowledge of automation, material handling systems, or layout optimization
