Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily production activities for both NPI and Mass Production
• Support the implementation of engineering changes (ECO) and develop process control methodologies
• Troubleshoot process-related issues and apply statistical process research to new and existing products
• Implement safety, productivity, and performance improvements to enhance internal capabilities
• Develop and maintain process documentation and interface with production during process transfers
• Assist in developing and delivering training to production personnel
• Guide cost reduction programs and lead improvement projects focused on defect and waste reduction
• Design fixtures and poka-yoke solutions
• Apply SPC and Pareto analysis to monitor and improve process performance

Requirements

• Completed Engineering degree or Bachelor's degree
• Previous experience in the Electronics Industry
• Experience in both NPI and Mass Production environments
• Knowledge of IPC standards and end-to-end assembly processes
• Conversational English skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of MiniTab
• Experience with PFMEA
• Proficiency in DOE and process validation
• Experience with Stencil, Pressfit Fixture, and OLA pallet design
