Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• Define, implement, and evaluate proposed designs and processes for manufacturability
• Identify root causes of manufacturing process failures and implement effective problem-solving
• Establish robust, repeatable, and reproducible process parameters
• Develop and take ownership of process control methodologies
• Troubleshoot process-related issues and participate in cycle time and process improvement activities
• Prepare justifications for, purchase, and implement capital equipment for production
• Manage the introduction of engineering change orders (ECOs)
• Implement statistical process research on new and existing products
• Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation
• Interface with production for all activities associated with new process implementation and transfer
• Guide cost improvement and reduction programs to enhance manufacturing throughput

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Process Engineering or a related area
