Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the 5S Program and support Lean implementation
• Develop projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen to optimize processes and reduce waste
• Conduct process analysis to increase throughput and identify improvement areas
• Prepare and maintain process documentation including PFDs, PFMEAs, and SOPs
• Troubleshoot process-related issues using root cause analysis and 8D methodology
• Train production and maintenance staff on new processes and equipment
• Support capital projects involving equipment selection, installation, and commissioning

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Operations Management, or a relevant field
• 3-5 years of manufacturing experience
• At least 2 years of experience in production supervision or Industrial Engineering
• Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools like Power BI
• Knowledge of Global 8D Problem-Solving Methodology
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects
• Spanish language skills are desirable
