Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Process Control Plans (PCP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• Recommend and lead projects to enhance quality, productivity, safety, and ergonomics
• Provide technical training and coaching to production teams and supervisors
• Assist in the validation of products, equipment, and machines
• Support production by improving material and process flow
• Lead continuous improvement activities and manage specific process enhancement projects
• Conduct data analysis on quality issues and oversee technical knowledge transfer

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• 1-5 years of experience as a process engineer or industrial engineer
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong diagnostic, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Systematic thinking and high level of responsibility

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and troubleshooting
• Experience working in a Western company or overseas
• TOEIC score above 700 or equivalent English proficiency certification
• Background in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen data analysis
