Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• Continuously optimize production processes sustainably through statistical process control and root cause analysis.
• Analyze existing production processes to develop recommendations for method or sequence changes that minimize risk, cost, and waste.
• Increase yields, productivity, quality, and consistency of final products.
• Train and develop operators to ensure compliance with established standards and procedures.
• Lead CIL and CL systems and ensure compliance with operating instructions and Quality Management System (QMS) specifications.
• Collect and analyze loss data to implement effective solutions and action plans.
• Validate information on the production floor and manage line stoppage analysis.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation, or Electromechanical Engineering.
• Conversational English proficiency.
• 1+ years of experience in a similar role within the consumer goods manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of statistics, variables, and attributes.
• Proficiency in continuous improvement methodologies (TPM, Kaizen, 5S, AMEF, SMED, etc.).
• Intermediate skills in Excel, SAP, and Power BI.
• Availability to work flexible schedules.
