Process Engineer - Curing

Responsibilities

• Manage process stabilization and define process specifications for the Curing area, tire building, and final finish processes
• Perform design and tooling verification for various production machines including TU/TG and balancing machines
• Determine the quality requirements for Liners and M.H.E. to be utilized in production
• Create and maintain new recipes during ETO building and OE sample submission processes
• Monitor and update recipe history based on product performance
• Support the realization of quality goals and participate in audits
• Optimize supply costs through the rationalization of lubricants

Requirements

• B.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience specifically within a Curing area
• Proven expertise in process stabilization and specification management
• Experience with design and tooling verification
