Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain standards for complex assembly structures and manufacturing data logic
• Lead configuration management strategy for product variations and engineering changes
• Perform Design for Manufacturability (DFM) reviews to audit engineering releases
• Develop end-to-end process documentation, SOPs, and workflow diagrams for ERP environments
• Manage advanced Engineering Change Order (ECO) strategies and technical risk analysis
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to eliminate bottlenecks in the engineering-to-production workflow
• Develop KPIs and automated audits to monitor Item Master and BOM health
• Act as a technical liaison between Design Engineering, Supply Chain, and Production teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Systems, Mechanical Engineering, or a technical equivalent
• 2–5+ years of experience managing the intersection of Engineering Data and ERP systems
• Expertise in ERP logic (e.g., Acumatica, SAP, NetSuite) and MRP principles
• Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and understanding CAD structures
• Strong ability to design structured workflows and write clear SOPs
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, or PDCA
• Excellent technical communication skills for cross-functional audiences
