Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• Ensure process control and stability by improving existing manufacturing processes and capabilities
• Lead manufacturing improvement initiatives, including variability reduction, defect reduction, and process control improvement
• Evaluate process cost, quality, and capability alternatives, implementing continuous improvements through automation
• Manage project work scopes including equipment selection, design, development, installation, and start-up
• Develop and update manufacturing process documentation such as MPIs and VAs
• Utilize statistical tools and Lean/DMAIC methodologies to support robust manufacturing processes
• Support problem-solving in manufacturing through root cause identification and resolution
• Propose and implement safety and ergonomic improvements (iKaizen) and 5S implementation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electronic, Industrial Engineering, Physics, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in manufacturing engineering
• Proven experience as a Manufacturing or Process Engineer
• Proficiency with root cause analysis tools and process improvement methodologies
• Advanced conversational English skills
• Strong knowledge of Six Sigma and statistical analysis (histograms, regression, DOE, etc.)
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Project Management (Agile, DMAIC)

Preferred Qualifications

• Green Belt or Lean Certification
• Proficiency with Power BI
• Basic 3D printing and design knowledge
• Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI)
