Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• Participate in expansion projects, from process design and installation to production line commissioning and stabilization
• Analyze process capabilities to meet customer requirements and collaborate with international client teams
• Optimize existing production processes regarding safety, product quality, efficiency, and manufacturing costs
• Collaborate with local and international Quality, Product, and R&D departments to implement new products and automation projects
• Manage and oversee production process documentation
• Implement production changes and resolve ongoing technological issues
• Lead technical projects and coordinate the work of project teams

Requirements

• Higher technical education
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience in technological change management
• Fluency in both Polish and English
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Experience in project management or working within project teams
• Analytical problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in CAD software
• Knowledge of LEAN Manufacturing principles
• Familiarity with pneumatics, electrical systems, and HVAC
• Experience with Minitab or PowerBI
