Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead or support melting process development and engineering to improve energy efficiency and process emissions.
• Support the commissioning and deployment of new technologies related to sustainability objectives.
• Lead or support manufacturing capital expansions, startups, and equipment repairs worldwide.
• Provide troubleshooting for operational and performance-related issues in a manufacturing environment.
• Drive continuous improvement activities, new product introductions, and cost reduction projects.

Requirements

• BS degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Energy, Industrial Engineering, or a related science major.
• Domain knowledge in thermal processes.
• Experience with experiment design and execution.
• Proficiency in statistical data analysis.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma, DMAIC, or similar methodologies (e.g., PCPD, KT).
• Fluency in both Chinese and English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CAD drawing capabilities.
• Knowledge of combustion processes or heat recovery systems.
• Hands-on experience working in a fabrication (fab) environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
