Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement improved manufacturing methods, procedures, and processes to enhance efficiency, yield, and quality
• Prepare and execute project plans for efficiency improvements, cost reduction, and new product support
• Manage preventive maintenance (PM) plans and coordinate machine reliability updates
• Create process job descriptions, manufacturing specifications, and detailed equipment documentation
• Coordinate validation activities and documentation in partnership with Quality Engineering teams
• Provide technical guidance to manufacturing personnel during product or process changes
• Manage capital equipment procurement, including quoting, budgeting, and installation
• Perform or oversee equipment design and drafting to improve safety and reliability

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in SAP/MES
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to speak, read, and write English

Preferred Qualifications

• 2-3 years of related engineering experience
