Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead technical support for the specification, purchase, installation, and continuous improvement of production processes.
• Coordinate projects including new product introductions, capacity expansion, and process development on pilot and industrial equipment.
• Analyze and resolve moderately sophisticated technical process problems in collaboration with Maintenance, Manufacturing, and Quality departments.
• Participate in process and product validation activities.
• Recommend machine improvements and capital equipment projects to support budgeted cost reductions and productivity improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement principles by identifying deficiencies and implementing changes in training, working practices, and processes.
• Review and improve KPI monitoring systems to better describe operational performance.

Requirements

• Engineering degree, preferably in Mechanical, Industrial, Polymer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in continuous improvement and process development.
• Proficiency in Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and regulatory requirements.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Proficiency with MS Project for project management.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working within a Clean Room environment.
