Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary link between development and production to optimize process variability, capacity, and safety
• Support production by troubleshooting disruptions and developing sustainable improvement measures
• Lead projects focused on process analysis, optimization, and the transfer of products from laboratories or other sites into production
• Create manufacturing instructions and oversee experimental trials
• Perform root cause analysis for internal and external quality incidents
• Participate in LEAN management and ISO16949 projects

Requirements

• Technical degree or specialized training in Chemistry, Process Engineering, or Process Technology
• Multi-year experience within the coatings industry, preferably in process technology, production, or laboratory environments
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop process improvements
• High level of initiative and a structured, independent way of working
• Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
• Proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SAP and MS Excel
• Experience with LEAN management or ISO16949 standards
