Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage commissioning of chemical processes, including writing test programs and monitoring site trials
• Draft operational documents for exploitation and transfer
• Develop unit plans (PFD, PID) and perform material, thermal, and utility balances
• Conduct technical calculations (aerodynamic, hydraulic, thermal) and unit operation simulations
• Size equipment and control valves using simulation tools
• Define instrumentation requirements and technical specifications for equipment like pumps and heat exchangers
• Participate in HAZOP safety reviews

Requirements

• Engineering degree in process engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar role
• Experience in the nuclear or industrial sector preferred
• Knowledge of Eurocodes and nuclear industry standards (AFCEN)
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills
