About the role

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and evaluate existing manufacturing processes to identify and implement data-driven improvements.
  • Provide technical support for troubleshooting process and maintenance-related issues.
  • Manage capital projects up to $1M and serve as a key stakeholder for larger projects.
  • Lead contractor teams during project execution phases with a focus on occupational and process safety.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Maintenance, Safety, Environmental, and Quality to execute continuous improvement projects.
  • Assist in day-to-day operations, including the supervision of production, maintenance, and contractors as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Agricultural, or Mechanical preferred).
  • Working knowledge of engineering documentation, including P&IDs and control narratives.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within the manufacturing or construction industry.
  • Proven experience with Capital Project Management.
  • Proficiency with engineering software and tools such as CAD, Statistical Analysis, or Process Modeling.
