Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• Write technical specifications and industrial schedules according to standards
• Manage project schedules including consultation, study, works, reception, and validation
• Handle tender follow-ups and technical-economic comparative studies
• Manage purchase requests and orders using SAP
• Establish prevention plans within SAP
• Monitor project schedule evolutions and resolve equipment-related issues
• Coordinate integration work between production, maintenance, automation, and subcontractors
• Implement and archive project feedback (RETEX) and closing reports
• Act as the operational interface for clients and lead stakeholder meetings
• Report project progress and monitor performance indicators

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of professional experience
• Basic knowledge of project management and planning
• Proficiency in CAD software such as CATIA or AutoCAD
• Mastery of quality tools (ISO 9001) and continuous improvement methodologies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools (VSM, problem-solving tools)
• High proficiency in French and English; Italian is a plus
