Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Design and Industrial Architecture to integrate production constraints and optimize costs during the design phase.
• Structure and update manufacturing routings, production Bill of Materials (As-Prepared BoM), and 2D/3D work instructions.
• Define and issue requirements for tooling (Jigs & Tools), CNC programs, and necessary measurement systems.
• Lead risk analysis processes using AMDEC/PFMEA and manage non-conformities in design and production.
• Calculate and optimize manufacturing times using MTM/REFA methodologies and conduct regular Gemba feedback loops on the shop floor.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing or methods engineering, ideally within the aerospace sector.
• Proficiency in manufacturing routings, BoM construction, and risk analysis tools (AMDEC/PFMEA).
• Experience with industrial time calculation (MTM/REFA) and CAD/PLM tools.
• Professional fluency in both English and French is required.
• Strong collaborative skills and a pragmatic, field-oriented approach (Gemba culture).
